D.P High School is stituated at Nava Vadaj 132 ft ring road, Ahmedabad. The Primary School was founded in 1940, while secondary school started in 1966 at Khadia, by the C.D. Thakore trust, with the vision of setting up an educational system of high quality, aimed at the all round development of students and moulding them into mature and responsible global citizens of tomorrow. In 1994, the school was relocated to Nava vadaj area. The English Medium school was setup in 1999. Later, the school was granted permission from Gujarat government for starting higher secondary section. Hence 11th & 12th std. (science stream) Gujarati medium were introduced in the year 2002.
